OPTE began in the mind of Thomas Rabe over 10 years ago at the historic Procter & Gamble labs. He saw women covering their skin with product when in fact only their spots needed coverage. So Thomas and Becky Kaufman, as part of the P&G research and development team, dedicated themselves to finding a solution.
